You can book three types of packages with us:

4-session (one month) package

This short-term package will give you a taste of how health and wellness coaching works. You will learn to make a Wellness Vision and discover the assets that can help you lose weight. You will also learn how to set goals and monitor them.

12-session (three-month) package

This package will put you on the way to losing weight. You will make your vision. You work on your motivations and explore environmental support. You will set achievable goals. You will learn to dig into your stress level and your emotions regarding eating. You start to practice changing harmful eating habits into healthy ones.

24-session (six-month) package

This is the most comprehensive package. In addition to all the benefits of the three-month package, in this package, you have the opportunity to work on failures and to find your way back on the path when things run amok. Dealing with setbacks is the most crucial challenge that people have in keeping the extra weight off.
