Our body does not work on a straight line. It works on an up and down basis. We have a rhythmic body with ebbs and flows in almost every physiological and psychological function. The rhythms of our body-mind are interesting to know because this knowledge gives us some clues on how to live to be at most consonance with the natural rhythms of life.
