During the sessions, you will develop a wellness vision. What do you really aspire to about the health and wellness aspects of your life? Afterwards, you will become familiar with your motivations, those deep parts in you that sincerely want change. Then, you will explore your strengths, most positive points, and capabilities that you may have neglected for a long time. You will also consider the support in your environment because no change occurs in a vacuum. Finally, having all these tools at your disposal, you will set achievable, reliable goals and learn how to take care of them gradually until you reach the sustainable change you long for. There are three types of plans you can choose from:

- 12 weekly and monthly sessions of one-to-one coaching

- Dive deeper into your habits and patterns to breakthrough sabotaging behaviours
- Unlimited email support (max. once or twice daily) for 6 months.
